Meet The Team of MIX'T LC.
MIX’T LC is proudly owned by Trent and Samantha Jackson. We’ve been together for 6 years, happily married for 2, and are the proud parents of two amazing boys, Lincoln and Callahan.
We’re both naturally outgoing and social — the kind of people who love being in the middle of the crowd, making connections, and turning strangers into friends. That same spirit is at the heart of MIX’T LC: creating memorable experiences, bringing people together, and having a whole lot of fun along the way.
We’re so excited to share this journey with you and can’t wait to serve the amazing people of West Texas!
Trent Jackson
I’m a very social person and thrive in the middle of a crowd. Sports have always been a huge part of my life, and that same energy carries into everything I do.
I come from a sales background in the oil and gas industry and also hold a Master’s degree in Geology. While I’ve loved those experiences, this business venture has been a dream of mine since 2020 — and seeing it finally come to life is something I couldn’t be more excited about.
What I look forward to most is meeting the people we serve and building genuine, lasting relationships with every one of you. Here’s to creating something special together!
Samantha Jackson
I’ve spent over 5 years behind the bar, and for the past 6 years I’ve had the privilege of being a stay-at-home mom. Now, I’m pursuing my cosmetology license — a dream that allows me to combine creativity and connection with people.
I’m as outgoing as it gets! You can usually find me on a dance floor, making memories with friends, family, and even new faces I’ve just met. Nothing excites me more than meeting people and creating moments together.
At my core, I’ve always had a heart for service, and nothing brings me more joy than serving the friendly faces of West Texas. I can’t wait to meet you and share in the fun!
